Do Banners Suck? Well, I don't know. But we run them and they seem to help bring traffic to podcasters wanting additional listeners. Our rates are pretty simple and based on one weeks worth of advertising: 728 x 90 across the top, all pages: $200 week Yea, we may be small, but we are growing. We don't do clickthrus or pay per click because I'm too lazy to write the software let alone price out the model. How do I become a featured podcast? Well, there are two ways. You can be interesting and I like to listen to you and put you up there, or I guess you can just pay me money. Pretty sad actually. I should note none of the featured stations thus far are paying me for the honor, but if you are interested in this option, drop me a line and we'll chat. |
