Complaints--Someone is using my content

We are a directory service that scours thousands of podcasts daily to build an easy to use directory to the works podcasters are creating.

Unfortunately, we have no way of telling whether the material in a podcast is owned by the podcaster or not.

If you feel someone is using your material, please contact the podcaster directly, and let us know as well. If you can prove to us that you are the owner of the content and there has been an infringement, or if your requests to the podcaster are ignored, we will remove the podcast from our directory.

That won't stop the violations though. Like we said, you need to talk to the violator themselves--the podcaster. Unless you go after them directly, you'll be fighting an uphill and constant battle. We'll do what we can to help you, but your best solution is to go to the source of the problem.

Complaints--I want out of the directory

We have built this directory to help users find you, but we can understand if you don't want to be listed. Simply click on the "Remove my Podcast" link that appears on every page and we will take you out of the directory.
