Back in August of 2006, Court Lajoie, Vivek Shraya and Lise Monique swung through town and gave a very enjoyable performance. However due to the changes to the new and improved IT infrastructure it is difficult to post picture ... Listen | Listen in your iPhone | Download | View full cache | Visit Website So this is how it feels on the receiving end?Howdy!Back on April 1, Paul Werner spoke here at the gallery. While he was in town he also was interviewed on CKUT (fast forward to 33:20) and he also wrote about his trip here in Montreal. My first reaction was to say "Sufferin' Succotash!!" I then realized, that like always, Prof. Werrner cuts extremely close to the bone. I will say that I agree with some of what he writes ("This made his artworks oddly predictable and predictably dull.") and disagreed with some of what he writes ("Appare ... The Ottawa Art Gallery's got a blog on! Congrats, and on top of that, they are podcasting their audio tours. Then it is with sadness that I report that the Port Moody Station Museum blog appears to be dead. The two of them nicely sum up the state of museum blogs here in Canada. If you are interested in the most recent post, please click here, thanks.
