The Roaming Ear - Episode 2 - The Edge of ExtremeIn September of 2003, Victoria Fenner and her partner Barry Rueger were invited to come up to Cambridge Bay and help the volunteers develop their radio station CFBU. This piece explores some of the sounds outside the radio station .. the wind, the water, the air raid siren, ATVs, the howling dogs, planes, local musicians and much more.
