The Medallions started back in the late 50’s and was led by Vernon Green. He wrote many hit songs for the group. Since his death several years ago the group had disbanded. Earlier this year Edward (“Buddha”) Carter (an original member of the Medallions) resurrected the group, and they are bringing back the old sound with a little modern twist.
