A Conversation with Fiber Artist June Mears Driedger (aka my big sister)

Last week I mentioned that I had recorded a conversation with my older sister, fiber artist June Mears Driedger, but that the technology was all askew.  Thanks to the help of my friend Jim, we were able to salvage it.  During the interview, June starts discussing what she is currently working on...a series dedicated to her recent hysterectomy.  I was deeply moved by it and I believe you will be, too.I'm off on my vacation.  When I get back I'll share with you my sewing m ...

A Would Be Conversation With My Sister Jill About Sewing

Ah, technology.  It can make our life easier, or make it more frustrating.  Last week I promised to have an interview with my youngest sister about sewing.  I had a great conversation with her.  Too bad you won't hear it.  The software only recorded HER half of the conversation...and again when we tried it again.  Ah, well.  I did find a snippet of the conversation that I could share with you where she doesn't sound like she is carrying on a conversation w ...
