People still love it, and there has even been a small resurgence of sales of vinyl records in the last few years. And somewhere around the country almost every weekend there are record swap meets where collectors can meet up to buy and sell or trade in the the music format that just won’t die. Alt Country, also known as Alternative Country is basically a hybrid of traditional country and punk and/or rock and roll.
