Customer Service in a Web 2.0 World

A customer service survey given to grade school kids, are you kidding? A digital ghost story

The second movie I made with kids was “The Ghost of Inman High”, I wanted to include the whole community and we did. By the time we were finished, we had over 50 people in the film and the town packed the Fox theater to see themselves in pictures.

In this episode I share the story of how computers snuck into my teaching. It wasn’t an automatic fit and I fought it, after all I thought I was a pretty good analogue teacher. Starting with little movies in Avid Cinema and moving to full length films, technology began to drive excitement in my world.
