Temple Emanu-El, the first Reform Jewish congregation in North Texas, was founded in 1875. It is one of the largest congregations in the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ). Led by Rabbi David E. Stern, Temple is known for its strong tradition of clergy and lay leadership, committed membership, diverse and spirited worship services, focus on lifelong Jewish learning and commitment to social justice.
