Oslo is a small farming town on the Minnesota/North Dakota border and the Red River runs along the edge of town. Flooding isn't anything new for Oslo but this year floodwaters from the Red River have completely surrounded the town. While other towns are evacuated when flooding is threatened, the town of Oslo has learned to ban together.
