Alice in Wonderland Chapter 3

The third chapter of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (we are collecting them all here) introduces us to the Dodo bird who is far from dead, but is enormously pompous. As usual, there are plenty of puns - the mouse tells a very "dry" history to try and dry out Alice and the other creatures who are still wet from swimming in the pool of tears.
