Cooking With Butler 8 - Chicken Under A BrickRecipe after the break
Ingredients:
1 brick wrapped in foil
1 chicken
Fresh herbs : thyme, oregano, chives, rosemary
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Preheat Oven to 400°
Soak chicken in water with salt and pepper for 2 hours or more.
