Link to the Show / Show NotesPerhaps the first cessation in a spiritual life is the cessation of NOT being able to see teachers. So we start with one nominal "Guru"and we TRY hard to see them as perfect. But when we do we will definitely meet with challenges. Not because of their karma but because of our own. This is one of the best functions of the Guru, to help us recognize (re-cognize) our own Divinity by trying to see it in another being, despite any evidence to the contrary. Here Lama Marut gives us some personal advice on what to be on the lookout for.
