Deborah Harper, President of Psychjourney, interviews Alan Deutschman, author of Change or Die: The Three Keys to Change at Work and in Life  published by HarperCollins Publishers.

In an 18-year career as a writer, Alan Deutschman has been the Silicon Valley correspondent for Fortune and a contributing editor at Vanity Fair, GQ, and New York Magazine. He is currently a senior writer for Fast Company.

His most recent book, "Change or Die: The Three Keys to Change," published in January 2007, was inspired by his cover story for Fast Company. His first book, "The Second Coming of Steve Jobs," published in 2000, was a Business Week and Wall Street Journal business bestseller. Deutschman's second book, "A Tale of Two Valleys: Wine, Wealth and The Battle for The Good Life in Napa and Sonoma," published in 2003, was a San Francisco Chronicle regional bestseller.

He has appeared as a guest on NBC's Today Show and his articles have also run in the New York Times Magazine, Wired, Salon.com, Premiere, ReadyMade, and the "Best Food Writing" anthology. A longtime resident of San Francisco, he currently lives in Atlanta with his wife. He is a graduate of Princeton University. Visit his website.
