Polly Evans (www.pollyevans.com) is not a typical travel writer. She is best know for her travels books, ?It's Not about the Tapas? which is about her cycling journey in Spain, ?Kiwis Might Fly? chronicles her motorcycle tour of New Zealand and her most recent book, ?Fried Eggs with Chopsticks? which is about her solo journey in China. However Polly Evans is not a one trick pony. In 2002 she won a Human Rights Press Award for a series of articles she wrote about racism in Hong Kong and her journalism has appeared in the Sunday Times, the Times, the Independent on Sunday and the Guardian.
