Noyes's wrote The Art of Leading Yourself: Tap the Power of Your Emotional Intelligence  based on two seminar series called "People in Focus" and "Results-Oriented Self-Leadership" that she held at large companies in the United States and Norway in the 1980s and 90s. Since its launch, the book has become a bestseller with approximately 50,000 copies sold in Norway alone.
