Update: The mexican restaurant I was trying to recall is called Molcasalsa and it's on Rancho, halfway between Washington and Bonanza, in front of the 24 hour swap meet. Remember, if you want killer mexican food find out where the mexicans eat. Thanks to TJ for straightening my shit out.
