Swift, a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy, JudgeAdvocate General's Corps, who, along with Georgetown Law Professor NealKatyal, brought the successful Supreme Court challenge of the Bushadministration's military tribunals for Guantánamo detainees, andLadislas M. Orsy, S.J., visiting professor at Georgetown Law.
