Jerry talks about how ADDers in business or higher education must honestly evaluate their effectiveness at wearing 3 common hats.
We must 1) be the promoter and sales person, 2) be the craftsman and production guy, & 3) be the administrator and bean-counter.
BUT.... most ADDers tend to enjoy one task and avoid the others. Jerry has some ideas on how we can find help.
