I’m sorry for being such a flake with podcasts, newsletters, notes, emails, phone calls, and personal updates.
I’ve been learning some important lessons about faith and focus. Jesus said “...seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.” Then—He promised that all the other needed things will be added.
I always get into trouble when I get my eyes off God and on to my circumstances and problems. That’s when it all snowballs, and I get resentful, envious, stressed, and stupid! I spin too many plates, juggle too many balls, and put too much on myself. Not only do I get worn,
worried, and weary in well doing, but I also get sick. I’ve had a RA (rheumatoid arthritis) flare up. RA is painful, and it robs my energy, strength, sleep and hope for better days. And what makes it worse—I did this to myself.
