And, Randy Caparoso remembers the early days of HRC and how it affects his current project at The Cloister in the Sea Island Resort in Georgia. Will "Sea Island Cuisine" be the new trend? New restaurant The Mandalay is getting the thumbs up from our readers and listeners, and Starbucks and Jamba Juice are coming to Pearl City.
