Brief sermon excerpt: "Here's a lesson if there ever was one for young Christians, indeed for all of us, and it's simply this: the devil wants us to take a substitute for the Lord Jesus as long as we don't take the real thing! He'll settle for us taking a pseudo-Christ, or something that is like Christ in person or in doctrine, as long as we miss the real Christ! That's his ploy. If you think for one moment that he wants everybody to be Satanists and bow down to him - no! He doesn't care what you bow down to, even if it's called 'Jesus Christ', as long as it's not the real thing!"
