John chats with Leanne Pooley, producer and director of Spacific Films' 2006 documentary release, Try Revolution which chronicles the Springboks 1981 tour of New Zealand. This riveting film explores how the rugby relationship between New Zealand and the Springboks was exploited to help to bring down the apartheid political system in South Africa. The film and Ms. Pooley were finalists for major film awards in New Zealand for this production.
