Link to the Show / Show NotesMost people don't realize that with the information currently kept in the MLS system (the one I use anyway), you could easily calculate all kinds of useful information about real estate agents. While most agents just want to dazzle you with their status as a Top 1% Agent (which means NOTHING to buyers and sellers), wouldn't it be nice to be able to go to a website, input your agents name and find out how many of their listings actually end up selling? Or how close to asking price their listings tend to sell for? Or even if the amount of time it takes them to sell a house is higher or lower than the average for their area? All this could easily be presented by a website with access to the MLS data. Plus we talk about some current numbers and how the skills we have learned in picking our real estate agents might just help us pick our next president!
