Got a campaign thatâs getting a bit predictable? Tell your players you'd like to try a one-shot with new characters set in an asylum. Over the course of the adventure, the players will slowly begin to realize that the characters they're playing are their standard characters from the ongoing campaign, who have been drugged, supplied with fake identities, and deposited in a home for the criminally insane as a convenient way for the villain to rid himself of his enemies.
Worse, the players are inside with many former enemies.

Nazi's have recently started infiltrating the dream lands in order to probe the dreams of leading scientists around the world. The characters are part of a rival British organization called ESPionage (Necroscope rip-off) they are pressed with entering the dreamlands to prevent the Nazi's from stealing the secrets of inventors and at the same time securing those ideas for themselves.
