Folks in real estate can get real creative with the word unique. In todays podcast, we will talk a little about working to overcome the challenges of the unique property. Do you need to turn the unique into the common to get it sold? Not always. But whats more, many of todays sellers who might have a unique home to sell don't have the funds for a make over. There are different ways to approach this challenge and more often than not, the usual bag of tricks that real estate agents use will not fit the bill.
