On this day in 1909, The North Pole was discovered!

The North Pole is an Arctic Region � the coldest place on earth! It NEVER loses its cover of snow and ice� and in the winter, the temperature can be as low as 94 DEGREES below zero! How cold is 94 DEGREES below zero? Well� to judge how cold it is, you can compare it to your freezer� Your freezer is probably no more than ZERO degrees � so the Arctic in the winter is much, much colder than even your freezer...
