Every year, the Institute for Liberal Studies puts on the Liberty Summer Seminar: a weekend camping getaway in Ontario, Canada where discussion of the ideas of liberty takes place in a relaxed outdoor atmosphere.

The 2008 Keynote Speaker was Larry Reed, founder of the Mackinac Center for Public Policy and incoming President of the Foundation for Economic Education. Larry spoke to seminar attendees about his experiences from a life spent fighting for liberty in his talk, titled "40 Years of Freedom," which can be heard in its entirety here. Enjoy!
