Innovation is a company's ability to add new products or services to the core business.  The Design for Six Sigma or DFSS roadmap helps businesses reach their goals by identifying key markets, getting the voice-of-the-customer, identifying gaps vs. competitors before you even begin to develop a possible solution or innovate.
