After one hundred years of futility the Chicago
Baseball Cubs looked poised to finally break through
and win a championship. Then again I am a Cubs fan
so it doesn't surprise me they have faded faster than
the Beatles on the end of Hey Jude. Swept right out of
the playoffs by the LA Dodgers of all teams. My Granny
was 89 when she died and never saw the Cubs win. I am
beginning to think it will never happen. Being a Cubs fan
will prepare you for failure. Just like the real world. So
another end to the Boys of Summer. Not a good Fall.

Glad to be back in the big chair bringing you some of the
choice Rock cuts piling up in my absences.
