Back in 2006 the University of California at Berkley
was attempting to build a new sports facility. Tree
Huggers united when they saw the trees in the area
would be cut down to make room. The huggers climbed
up in the trees and have been there for 21 months. Sitting
in the tree tops in protest. Until yesterday. The school and
the huggers came to an agreement. The university has
agreed to plant a new tree for everyone cut. The huggers
after 21 months agreed to take a bath.
