The Tale Of the Mutant Banana

Living in a sub tropic climate allows me to grow
Bananas in my back yard. Not just the trees but
actual fruit. The only difference between my bananas
and Chiquita is the taste and size. Mine are shorter and
fat. With an outstanding flavor. So, I was picking a bunch
for a smoothie or two. I noticed one was about 5 or 6 inches
wide. Only one stem on top but it had two bottoms. You
know, the end of the banana. I wondered if it had two inside
or just one John Merrick banana. I put it on the counter in
the kitchen and was going to take a picture of it to show you.
I figured I would wait until my son came home so I could
open it with him as a witness. I went in to show him and it was
gone! The wife had used it in a smoothie drink. She said it was
two bananas in one skin just like I thought. I told her like Bigfoot
sightings nobody believes you without proof. So... So what if I
had a mutant banana. You need proof. I have none.
