Mesothelioma is in fact a cancer which is caused by mineral abestos which is inhaled. But why are there court cases about this? Well basically, mineral abestos is a mineral that has been used by constructors in the building sector as the mineral had a high resistance to heat, and ability to absorb sound. The problem with this was the wokers inhaled the mineral abestos and it was later on found out that the inhilation of this mineral caused workers to contract a cancer in their chest. This cancer is called Mesothelioma.Whith such events happening, many court cases appeared against the firms that encouraged the use of this mineral. As a consequence more and more lawyers became speciliazed in Mesothelioma cases. These lawyers were and are still hired by clients who claim they have caught Mesothelioma due to their job, or to their employer's building.
