Sara Armstrong and Lillian Redding are 21st Century Women and they know that women can accomplish anything. Their life experiences lead them to develop a new movement called After Me, You Come First. This movement teaches women that are stay at home workers, wives, mothers and 75% are care givers to aging parents. This Sandwich Generation is stretched so thin that at times they cant be of any help to anyone. The movement teaches that if you arent good to yourself you wont be any good to anyone else. Sara and Lillian spent many years in Uganda then escaped from the Idi Amin regime settled in Alabama where Sara became Mayor. Their lives are what books are written aboutand she has.
