So, you're the type to say,"Prom is such a drag."Well, maybe you're right. But here comes the Punk Rock Prom, whose organizers promise a looser event on Saturday, neither chaperoned by the teachers you've grown to hate nor filled with the sounds of music you despise. The music part may be a matter of opinion. Some posters on starcitypunk.com's message boards are questioning the credentials of something called a Punk Rock Prom that has no punk bands. The emo-word is being tossed around.
