Damn, where'd 2008 go? Was I too busy stuffing my retirement into a mattress to notice the steadily flipping calender pages as the last year that I'll ever be able to call myself "in my forties" slipped by? Wha hoppin?

Don't fret, clock watchers, we get to start the whole thing again from scratch, but not until we review the splendor that was 2008!
