How Do I Position my Dock to the top of my screen? NOTE: I Would not recommend leaving the dock at the top of the screen and turning Hiding on, it is hard to get the dock out of Hiding! You can do this through the Terminal ( Applications - Utilities - Terminal ) Type in: defaults write com.apple.Dock orientation top Then, you need to restart the dock, type in: killall Dock To put it back to normal, type in: defaults delete com.apple.Dock orientation Then, restart the dock, using: killall Dock
