Vancouver's Todd Omotani, is famous for tearing it up on the dancefloors of his legendary club residencies. Omotani was lucky enough to been introduced to house music in Calgary, Alberta by Canadian house music pioneer DJ Rice in the summer of 1987. Over the next 6 years Omotani had his skills tuned and sharpened by Calgary legends Dean Clark, Mike Eremita and DJ Rice.Omotani's following grew through notorious house nights at Vancouver's biggest clubs, Sonar, Shine, Bar None, Celebrities, Saturday resident for almost 7 years at the infamous 'World' afterhours, and now monthly at Ginger 62. Todd's popularity is due to his incredible ear for ass-shaking trax, unforgettable vocals blended with soul moving rhythms, which always leads to packed dancefloors.
