Interview in French: Xavier Bichon Frenchman Cedric Sarret has been involved with the arts since settling in Sydney 7 years ago. Cedric used to manage in Australia the late music label “The Letter F” showcasing world beats and French music. Today, Cedric presents Alex Weltlinger’s latest photo exhibition about staff members working in what we call a Surry Hills’ traditional &uot;small bar&uot;, a vibrant venue where artists express themselves.
