Anne Gérard is the assistant curator of the Intensely Dutch exhibition that presents a vibrant array of approaches to modern Dutch art, drawing on all the key aspects of the exhibition Intensely Dutch: image, abstraction and the word. Anne is an expert on painter Jean Dubuffet and the Cobra movement. She also a doctoral candidate at both the Sorbonne, Paris and the University of Sydney. Her work examines 19th- and early 20th- century Australian artists active in Paris.
