In the interview we discuss her upcoming book, The Island Plate: 150 Years of Recipes and Food Lore from the Honolulu Advertiser. The back story on this book is fascinating and Wanda tells it with real heart. It was obviously a project she is passionate about. We also discuss food, where she likes to eat and we learn what vegetable she would name after herself if given the opportunity!
