The Power of Giving: How Much Can I Give May 10, 2009

We continue with the 2009-2010 Pledge Campaign. We do our campaign in the spring because it the time to plant seeds—to prepare for a new harvest.
How we give is based in the energetic aspect and asking the question: “Am I willing?” Sometimes that commitment scares us. And we all have something to give. And we are given signs, information for our next level of giving.
We want to know that where we are giving is using the money/time /talent well and that there is good leadership and a positive result in the world. The best way to give is to give to where we feel passionate about the work being done.
All things are connected, so our giving is blessing all. We can’t out-give the Universe. The Universe is, at this moment, ushering to you everything that you need. Our role is to be in harmony with the Universe and be open to giving.

Questions to ponder:
1. Is there any place in your life where you feel you are withholding from anyone or from the Universe?

2. Is there anyplace in your life where you feel a lack?

3. How can you give what you believe you are missing (i.e.: love, money, caring, peace)?
