The Power of Giving: Teen Sunday April 26, 2009
Kristin McGuirk

We give because we want to be part of the whole. We give out of selflessness rather than selfishness. Our job is to take care of ourselves so that we can give out of wholeness. Our job is to be a vehicle.

There are 3 places where we spend our time:
1. Family and home life
2. Work or school
3. Community—spiritual

How do we create community? How do we support financially, with our time and talent? We give with love and joy and clean up anywhere where we might be affecting others.
