Dr. Ellegala is the leader of an international outreach program in Tanzania, Africa. In this podcast he reviews how he became involved in international outreach, and organized Madaktari Africa. This non-profit program breaks the cycle of dependency of locals and mission/outreach programs. It has grown to include 8 American Universities, 2 European Universities and 3 regions in South Africa.
