Currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, Ms. Gersh was the principal engineer of Oxygen's foundation partnerships as well as all of the company's financing and major MSO agreements. Prior to joining Oxygen, Ms. Gersh had over 15 years of experience in creating strong corporate partnerships, negotiating financing and other strategic relationships. Ms. Gersh founded the New York law firm Friedman Kaplan & Seiler LLP where she served as a founding partner from 1986 to 1998. Ms. Gersh started her legal career at Debevoise & Plimpton.
