These people are frustrated and can be tempted into a trap. They use the most powerful words they know in order to get noticed. The attention is what they crave but they don’t have the integrity required to get it honourably.
In this case we hear the n-bomb. That word carrys enough power to make up for the emptiness of our friend’s boring message. This is similar to mesothelioma lawyers using big words like structured settlement to get their point across.
