Robert Hurst former Director of Homeland Security in Nacagdoches TX and CEO of Critical Leadership joins Craig to discuss how personal preparation can overwhelm most people because they do not keep it simple. Your organization may not be able to afford a full-time response team, but you can train your people to have a team oriented response. When preparing for an emergency response start with “why” (why do we need a plan,) move on to the “how” (using the points below,) and close with the “when.” The “when” is the easiest and is always the closer, as the answer is simple. Do it today, but do it one piece at a time.
