President Obama has called on the intelligence community to do a better job of connecting the dots, after missing the near-bombing on a Northwest Jet on Christmas Day. While terrorism experts acknowledge the intel failure, CNN's Dick Uliano reports they're also noting that the terrorist didn't too well that day either.
