Glass is noticeable but not quite visible ... the great membrane, full of mystery, delicate yet tough. - Arthur Korn, Glas im Bau (1929). We pass through the `great membrane´ to explore the many facets of glass: we drink from it, gaze through it, make it sing and shatter. It reflects emotions and memories but glass remains fragile and maleable.
