We decided to do a follow-up to our original story Canceling AOL Not So Easy, where we discovered that actually canceling your AOL service may be harder than you think. Recently our friend Matt decided to cancel his AOL service. He was paying $26 a month for dial-up. Needless to say, it was time to for Matt to move on. He agreed to let us record his cancellation call. We wanted to find out if AOL learned from their mistakes and if canceling AOL today is any easier than it used to be just a few short weeks ago.
